October is the Month of the Rosary! Our students had the opportunity to learn more about the beauty and importance of the Rosary with Fr. Eligo. A special blessing was also given to our Grade 4 students, along with the blessing of their sacramentals. What a beautiful way to grow together in faith! 💛

Today, we pause, we listen, we remember, and we reflect. 🧡 Our Orange Shirt Day assembly gave our St. Mary’s community an opportunity to honour the children who never returned home, remember the Survivors and their families, and recognize the lasting impact of residential schools. We wear orange not only today, but as a reminder of our responsibility to learn, to listen, and to work toward reconciliation. Every Child Matters. 🧡

A huge thank you to Chris Chittick for visiting St. Mary’s and teaching our Grades 3–6 students all about the science behind storms and, most importantly, how to stay safe! Our students had an amazing time learning from a real storm chaser! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and making science come to life! 🌪️⛈️

Congratulations to our St. Mary’s teachers who were officially inducted into the Alberta Teachers’ Association!
