Reminder that Wednesday is Pink Shirt Day. Pink Shirt Day originated in Nova Scotia in 2007 after two grade 12 students wanted to show their support for a fellow classmate that was bullied for wearing a pink shirt to school. Encouraging the rest of their classmates to wear pink shirts as well, this act of kindness inspired the nation as well as the world. #pinkshirtday #PinkShirtDay2024

What a FEAST we had today as we celebrated Shrove Tuesday. Tomorrow we enter into our time of FASTING. Please join us for our Ash Wednesday Liturgy at 1:00pm.

Parent Council is excited to serve up pancakes to all students for Shrove Tuesday, February 13. This year, we have a gluten-free option available, and these pancakes will be cooked separately to avoid cross-contamination. We look forward to providing these fun treats for our St. Mary's family! A huge thank you to all parents who have purchased pancake mix and syrup, or volunteered to help cook and serve pancakes for Shrove Tuesday!
